Native Developers Limited (NDL) began as a local movement in 2022, fueled by a vision of grassroots empowerment and self-reliance. What started as a simple yet powerful idea helping communities shape their own destinies grew into a fully incorporated Non-Government Organization in 2025. At our core, we believe in the strength of women, youth, and underserved communities to lead their way in creating sustainable livelihoods, breaking cycles of dependency, and unlocking their own potential.
